Thrombolysis is the gold standard therapy in acute stroke but has considerable limitations – a short treatment window and many exclusion criteria and also many weaknesses like an elevated bleeding risk. The presenters will discuss which role Cerebrolysin can potentially play to improve the safety of thrombolysis and recanalization therapies and will hypothesize based on their own data and experiences how it may support better longterm outcome.
